Casio Exilim EX-ZR10: end with full HD video

Full HD video is embedded on this camera before every compact. Presentation of the Casio Exilim EX-ZR10.

It is on the Photokina in Cologne that Casio has introduced a new compact camera model. The Casio Exilim EX-ZR10 joined the already long list of equipment lining the Exilim catalog. The case of this camera is particularly packed, which is a small performance considering the features it offers. The finish will not surprise the regulars of the mark. It is sober and well finished.

12 Megapixels and 7x zoom

Casio has chosen to equip its new EX-ZR10 a stabilized CMOS sensor with 12.4 megapixels which joins a 7x optical zoom (28-200mm equivalent) with the Zoom Function Multi-Frame SR, which extends the zoom to 14x digital. Everything is powered by the new Exilim Engine processor HS. The manufacturer announced a sensitivity range covered from 100 to 3200 ISO and a shutter speed of the shutter between 1 second and 1 / 2000 second. The Casio compact camera adopts a very conventional screen with 3 inches and 460 000 points. It has the added bonus of HDR (High Dynamic Range) which provides an image rich in color and contrast even from multiple images taken at different exposures. Same will apply artistic effects.

Full HD 1080p video mode.

Video enthusiasts will rejoice to hear that the Casio Exilim EX-ZR10 embeds high definition and also demonstrates its ability to record videos in 1080p full HD resolution, all at 30 frames per second and with a dedicated button. The manufacturer states that lower resolutions are also available, which will include filming at a speed of 480 frames per second! Burst mode reached 40 fps. HDMI output and one TV-quality renderings leave exported to external displays. Finally, the Casio Exilim EX-ZR10 allows the capture of a 360 ° panoramic photo scanning.
