The ACS software Basic Edition offers an incredible combination of libraries, easy access, which requires no special programming. An intuitive GUI simplifies many more features such as IV tests, data acquisition and analysis. Even the most inexperienced user can test a semiconductor in a few seconds, drawing a family of curves and compare them immediately compared to reference curves. Although the existence of preconfigured tests significantly reduce time to implementation, the user retains the flexibility to optimize a particular test or even the entire system.
The Trace Mode allows for the interactive test of a component. It can be used to graphically display operating range and characteristics of a DUT while preventing damage.
