The Sony HDR-TD10E films in 3D HD, A double sensor Exmor R, twofold, internal memory of 64 GB and a large screen 3D, that makes you want.
Presented at CES in Las Vegas, the Handycam HDR-T10E will be marketed in Europe in April. Announcing at the outset of color: it is a camcorder that can film in 3D and full HD, please! For this, it operates two goals and two Sony G sensor Exmor R, whose excellent performance in digital cameras and camcorders suggest some very good things. But, inevitably, this feature has a price: $ 1600 !
The HDR-TD10E saves the heavy
On paper, this camcorder Sony displays some very strong specifications. In 3D, it shoots in 1920 x 1080 - 50i with a rate "monstrous" 20 Mbit / s. 2D mode has nothing to envy and even has three modes of HD. The first and most gourmand (1920 x 1080p, 50p at 28 Mbps), naturally offers the best quality and can shoot 15 on the 5 am to 64 GB of device memory.
The other two modes retain the same definition, but offer lower rates (FX: 24 Mbit / s FH: 17 Mbps) and can save storage space (FX: 6 pm and 15 FH: 8 am 25). Other modes are available for shooting in lower resolutions. It can descend to a resolution of 720 x 576 pixels (DVD quality).
A slow mode (100 fps) is also available, but it does not work in 3D, or in the highest settings of the device. FH mode (1920 x 1080 pixels at 17 Mbit / s) supports this function and the lower modes.
A 3D display without glasses to see directly the effects of terrain
The HDR-TD10E incorporates a touch screen of 8.8 inches diagonally, enjoying XtraFine 3D technology that would directly determine the quality of 3D rendering without wearing glasses (like 3DS!). If it works well, it goes without saying that this is a huge asset for this 3D digital camcorder. If the final viewing of 3D videos should be on a compatible TV 3D, 3D mini-screen should allow users to make best use this technology, not always obvious to master.
Good sideline
The Sony HDR-T10E, is equipped with dual Sony G lens with a 12X optical zoom lens (29.8 to 357.6 mm) in 2D and 3D 10X (35mm equivalent: 34.4 to 344 mm), with optical stabilization. Found in the menus of a dozen scene modes, and the possibility of disengaging the white balance manually to refine the measure. In addition, a photo mode offers to take photos in 7.1 megapixel (3072 x 2304 pixels).
The HDR-TD10E comes with the Sony Picture Motion Browser (version 5.6) to treat his videos (editing) or export them to online services such as YouTube (including YouTube 3D), Facebook or Picasa for photos.
Finally, for those that do not have the budget for the purchase of this camcorder, Sony also offers the MHS-FS3, aka Bloggie 3D, which should also be launched in April.
