Following the release of its NEC LaVie Z, one 13.3-inch ultrabook format in last May, NEC continues to unveil his collection of portable solutions to super slim design. NEC and is proud to present its NEC LaVie X, announced as the 15.6-inch ultrabook format slim in the world with 12.8mm thickness. Nothing to compete with the Apple MacBook Air showing a figure stretched from 3 to 17mm, but with its IPS panel LED 15.6-inch display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the latest NEC LaVie X does not suffer from the comparison.
With its compact dimensions (375 x 255 x 12.8 mm) and weighing 1.59 kg, NEC LaVie X is strongly oriented towards mobility. In addition to its compact size is made possible by a new organization of cooling systems.
Side performance, ultrabook should make versatile thanks to its Intel Core i7-3517U, 4GB of RAM, 256GB SSD storage, two USB 3.0 ports, WiFi 902.11b/g/n, a Bluetooth 4.0 + HS, HDMI output, a port card SDHC / SDXC, 2 Megapixel camera and a Windows 8. No price currently filtered, only official sale date is known so far, scheduled for 27 December in the Japanese market first.
