Some services are not provided used, such as those dedicated to video on demand (VOD) requiring American connection. The migration tool is currently being tested with German user. The early returns are positive, highlighting a simple and efficient handling. Note that the operation can not be performed once every three months. The final version of the solution will be deployed around mid-January 2013.
