A new smartphone from RIM could land on August 3 in the United States. The Bold 9800?
The American press has been invited to a joint presentation of RIM and AT & T during which it expects the Canadian maker of smartphones is unveiling its latest model, probably the BlackBerry 9800. The terminal, which images travel the web for several weeks, is a hybrid phone and touchscreen Storm Bold 9700 classic, the current premium brand. This is also the first BlackBerry to operate under the new version 6 of the BlackBerry operating system, an OS originally presented in April.
No SurePress for Bold 9800
It was unclear exactly what will happen but the Bold 9800, according to rumors, the camera system would abandon touch force feedback SurePress, opened on the Storm, and then taken on the Storm 2, to adopt a classic touch screen multipoint. The exclusive distribution of the Bold 9800 would be entrusted to the United States, the operator AT & T, still - but for a short time - holder of exclusive rights to the Apple iPhone. Enough to guarantee him a source of growth.
In the meantime, here's a video of ... Bold 9800
