The Samsung Wave 575, a smartphone Bada
At a time when we expect the new Microsoft OS, Windows 7 Phone for mobile devices, Samsung announces several new smartphones happily under his house OS, Bada. Here are today 575 Wave Samsung expected during November.
The Samsung Wave 575, a first cousin of the Wave 525
Last week, we had already introduced two new Samsung smartphones running OS Bada, a high-end, the S8530 Wave II and one over mid-range, the Wave 723. Well Samsung continues its momentum and Samsung today announced the Wave 575, also known as GT-S5750. This largely reflects the same features as the Samsung Wave 525, but has the advantage of being compatible with his 3G.
Compatible with 3G and Samsung Apps
The new Samsung smartphone OS Bada will sport a nice front capacitive touch screen LCD of 3.2 inches with a resolution of 240 x 400 pixels. The Samsung Wave 575 is compatible with 2G and 3G networks as well as Wi-Fi 802.11n and Bluetooth 3.0 and incorporates a chip A-GPS. These networks will have access among other applications available on the Samsung Apps.
A 3.2 megapixel camera
Multimedia equipment side, the Samsung Wave 575 has a 3.2 megapixel camera, a media player and a tuner for FM radio with RDS which one can enjoy either a Bluetooth or via headphones connected to the audio jack. The backup file can be made within 100 MB of internal memory expandable with microSD cards up to 16GB and transfer via microUSB 2.0 port.
A release planned for November
The Samsung smartphone Bada Wave 575 has dimensions of 11 x 5.5 x 1.2 inches and weighs 100 grams and is available in three colors, black, white or pink. It should make its appearance in the month of November for a price which remains unknown at present.
