The Casio Exilim EX-ZR100 is fast

Supercharged with a sensor, the Casio Exilim EX-ZR100 displays speed insolent. Equipped with a sensor to 12 megapixels and a 12.5x zoom, this new compact camera offers premium video in Full HD 1080p.

Speed is definitely the highlight of the new compact camera Casio Exilim EX-ZR100 presented by the Japanese manufacturer at the last CES 2011 in Las Vegas. Joining the Brotherhood of Casio Exilim compact camera, this new model is in fact equipped with Exilim Engine processor HS (High Speed like) that comes boosting velocity shots. Presented in solid box with the appearance of rigid lines, the Casio EX-ZR100 features a raised bonus that will allow a good grip.

12-megapixel CMOS sensor and Zoom 12.5 x

The new Casio Exilim EX-ZR100 is equipped with a CMOS sensor to 12 megapixels backlit which should provide good performance even in low light conditions. It features parallel optical zoom which covers a 12.5 x 24-300mm focal length. Better still, the camera is equipped with the multi-frame SR Zoom which extends the capabilities of the optical zoom for 25x! Remains whether the quality of the shots will go. At the rear of the unit, the LCD features a classic 3-inch diagonal for a satisfactory resolution of 460 000 points.

Full HD 1080p and burst mode at 30 fps

The back of the Casio Exilim EX-ZR100Non happy to be fast, the Casio EX-ZR100 advantage of a feature list as complete than attractive. Furthermore PSAM modes and scene modes (Casio called BSS), the camera can record video in full HD at 1080p at 30 frames / second with continuous autofocus. A slow mode achieves a flux of 1000 frames per second. Unsurprisingly, HDMI output can enjoy movies on the TV. The HDR or burst mode at 30 frames per second (10 megapixels) will give a little more volume even at the technical details of the compact Casio.

Price: $ 299

The compact digital camera Casio Exilim EX-ZR100 (104.8 × 59.1 × 28.6 mm for 205 grams) is expected for the month of March. It will be available in black or white and sold at suggested list price of $ 299.
