Like any modern console, the PlayStation Vita probably should not escape the additional content downloads, to the delight of large and small publishers.

However, it was learned during a recent test of the beast, that the storage of optional data - with extensions - would be on the same support as the game itself, namely the card to Sony proprietary format Computer Entertainment. It will be the same for the backup files, unlike the PSP which required, in addition to the game, an extra memory card. We must therefore determine whether, in case of resale of a game in hand, the DLC on the cartridge will remain available second hand.
Finally, the machine itself does not have memory storage, we learn, it will clearly not possible to install their games on the PS Vita directly. Port memory card is still expected, probably for storing games, movies and music downloaded from the PlayStation Store.
