YouTube VP9 New Codec For 4K

YouTube 4K* passes to push his VP9 codec, YouTube will demonstrate 4K through free and open codec VP9. Especially, many industrial partners are in appointment.

VP9 is a free and open codec developed by Google. For reading videos in WebM format, it is the successor of VP8.
