Aion, a free extension in September

MMORPG: Aion, a free extension in September
To celebrate its first year of existence, Aion will be released on September 7 its first major expansion titled Assault on Free Balaur.

First great news for fans of grind, the art of playing obsessively just to advance in the game: the highest level of your characters is now moving from 50-55. With this new course, dozens of new skills, stigma, weapons and armor appear in the game and the opening of the homeland of the faction of Balaur (Balaur).

Eight new dungeons, a few slices of all levels will also be available with them and appear first in the history of Aion: an instance to perform solo level 37 to 41, the Nightmare. A dungeon in which you will pocket of special skills through various objects, and can enable many mechanisms to move more calmly. Among these eight bodies, we discover a new dungeon dedicated to fighting against a player player (or PvP) specific levels 51-55, the Dredgion of Chantra.

Ban Flight
Balaur, in addition to offering many new quests, is above all a new area of confrontation between players completely open. You can win two new fortresses, control four new artifacts and thus access to the instance of Silent Parade.

Since leaving the game, fighting in-flight zone PvP in the Abyss are variously valued by the community. To address this concern, NC Soft has decided that the two regions do PvP Balaur would practice on the ground. Bring all our little world on the mainland for the control of a fortress, is a great idea and long overdue.

And if you can not fly freely, the area is still covered many air currents that help to try to cast Daeva unlimited flight time to move faster.

A very promising extension
And of course the news does not stop there. The patch is promising. So you see new traveling companions, familiars that will have some special abilities like to warn you of an approaching enemy or that of your hardware store (up to 24 slots).

New daily quests have also been implemented. In terms of craft you can push your skills to level 549 and thus unlock your control. Cohorts can be grouped into an alliance.

The interface has also gained clarity. New shortcuts appear ... In short, NC Soft seems to have done its job. Let's just hope that the release of this patch was not precipitated by the arrival end of September mastodon with Final Fantasy XIV and therefore that all is well finalized. We'll keep you informed.
